56 WARRANTY ONE-YEAR P O L I C Y Mat Tech warrants new products against defects in material and workmanship when maintained as instructed in the Mat Tech Use and Care Product Information sheets included with each product. The obligation under this warranty is limited to the original user and to the replacement, repair, or pro-rated refund of said product. This warranty excludes the costs incurred for the installation of the carpet and/or mat. It remains the responsibility of the owner to carry out an inspection of the product prior to the installation. THIS WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES: Improper use, application, installation or cleaning of the product Normal wear Use of this product for other than its intended purpose Lack of proper maintenance as described in the Mat Tech Use and Care instructions packed with each product Products that have been altered in any way If a problem with a product develops during the warranty period, contact your authorized Mat Tech dealer
