It removes 90% of all dry and abrasive soil. Daily visual inspection also ensures spots are removed before they become stains. Restorative Maintenance HotWater Extraction (HWE) Deep cleaning removes embedded dry soil, oily substances and any residue build-up that can damage fibers and reduce carpet life. Carpet appearance is restored by injecting water into the fibers, agitating them to loosen soil and extracting the soiled solution into a recovery tank. Pre-spray and extraction solution used should contain sustainable formulas with a pH factor under 9.
